VFF's First Lecture and Screening for High School Students

VFF made a lecture about perspectives of Slovak film and film-making for High School Students in Bratislava

Lecturer Marek Urban (our PR manager and PhD. student at Slovak Academy of Sciences) based his lecture on screenings of the Slovak student and excerpts of professional films, interactive-creative exercises with audience and open discussion with film directors Miro Remo and Teodor Kuhn.

We talked a lot about passion as the most important part of making an art piece. In fact, it was fun. And we hope, we will soon talk about Slovak Cinema with young people on more regular basis. We would be really glad, if we success in showing to young audience how to enjoy art and films and their lives with open minds.. and if we encourage them in their own creation (of whatever they choose to create), it would be something really great.
