The list of partner schools from Visegrad countries is revealed!

Four film schools from the Visegrad region are partnering again to achieve this idea by student’s film screenings. Czech Republic will be represented by UTB Zlin. Poland will enter with students from WRiTV Katowice. Hungarian members are coming from SZFE Budapest. Last but not least will be the co-organizer FTF VŠMU in Bratislava. 

Tomas Bata University in Zlín (UTB Zlin)

Tomas Bata University in Zlín (UTB) is a dynamically growing higher education institution comprised of six faculties offering students the possibility of studying humanities, natural sciences, technology and art. UTB follows a longstanding tradition of the Faculty of Technology, which was founded in Zlín in 1969 and since it has educated hundreds of highly-qualified professionals. The University is named after the originator of the shoe industry in Zlín and a world-famous entrepreneur Tomáš Baťa.

The University of Silesia in Katowice (WRiTV Katowice)

The University of Silesia in Katowice is an autonomous state-run university in Silesia Province, Katowice, Poland. It is divided into 12 faculties including Krzysztof Kieślowski Faculty of Radio and Television created in 1978. In 2001, by the decision of the Senate of the University of Silesia, it was named after Krzysztof Kieślowski. The structure of the Faculty includes three schools, where teaching activities associated with the offered courses and the artistic and scientific activity are carried out. 

The Academy of Drama and Film in Budapest (SZFE Budapest)

The Academy of Drama and Film in Budapest or SZFE is a university founded in 1865 in Budapest, Hungary. It is the only one of its kind in Hungary. On the 1st of January 2000 the institution was given the statute of University. SZFE is the only institution Offering Bachelor´s and Master´s studies for future creative to the future creative artists of theatre, film and television in seven departments.

The Academy of Performing Arts, Film and TV Faculty in Bratislava (FTF VŠMU Bratislava)

The Academy of Performing Arts or VŠMU was founded in 1949 in Bratislava. VŠMU is the highest accredited, educational, artistic, scientific and research institution in the field of theatre, music, dance and film art in Slovakia. The school has four faculties - Music and Dance, The Theatre Faculty and Film and TV Faculty. The self-standing Faculty of Film and Television was created in 1990. Now, the faculty has 10 departments.
