Film/Music – Visuality/Musicality

Petr Marek (lecturer at the Department of Directing at the Academy of Performing Arts in Prague) is a multidisciplinary artist, probably best known as a founder and a leader of the electropop music group MIDI LIDI. He made acclaimed music for feature films by Marek Najbrt Polski Film (2012), Protektor (2009), Champions (2004) as well as for a docu comedy Czech Peace (2010) by Vít Klusák and Filip Remunda and a film essay Nation itself (2003) by Jan Gogola.

Low-budget Film Production

Visegrad Film Forum Will Organise Master Classes and Workshops on Low-budget Film Production

2nd year of an international event Visegrad Film Forum (VFF) will take place at the Film and Television Faculty of the Academy of Performing Arts on 17th – 20th of October 2012 in Bratislava, Slovakia. This year VFF comes up with master classes and workshops focusing on Low-budget Film Production. The events are open to everyone, from film students and professionals to general public interested in film or willing to learn some more about it. All of the lectures will be run by film professionals coming from different European countries.
