Short Film Competition

LET’S CEE Film Festival presents once a year in Vienna high-quality productions from Central and Eastern Europe (CEE), including the Caucasus region and Turkey. Since its first instalment in 2012, the LET‘S CEE Film Festival has been providing an exclusive and attractive stage for Central and Eastern European cinematography. Its programme features a selection of the best current feature films and documentaries as well as promising short films, all of which take part in the festival‘s film competitions.

Film TEEP - Call for Entry

Film Training for East European Professionals

Film TEEP is a co-production training programme organized by ARTVIVA with the support of the Romanian National Center of Cinematography, in collaboration with the European Film Festival organized by ICR Bucharest. The aim is to enable an international framework for development of fiction projects, setting up and building a professional network in the East European region, and to encourage audiovisual collaborations between both EU and non-EU member states.

Master Class with Lech Majewski

Lech Majewski Master Class is organized in cooperation of Febiofest, Polish Cultural Institute, FTF VSMU and Visegrad Film Forum.
Master Class will be held in English and will consist of:
-screening a number of scenes from Młyn i krzyż
-talk from Mr. Majewski on the scenes (difficulties, challenges, interesting practical aspects from the shooting of the film)
-followed by a moderated discussion with students

International Filmfestival of the Filmacademy Vienna

Festivalcouch application (Deadline March, 22)

"festivalcouch" is an international program run by film students designed for participants of the "15th International Filmfestival of the Filmacademy Vienna 2013". The program is a networking program and a couchsurfing-hosting program as well. It works with two students: One host who is currently studying at the Vienna Film Academy and a participant who is a visitor to the festival.
The participants will stay at their hosts’ place where they will have a place to sleep. Your host shows you around the Vienna Film Academy as well as giving you a tour around the festival. He/She will be your host and also someone who can help you throughout your stay and assist you during your stay in Vienna.
